Some Company honors think by adopting automation they can reduce the number of manual tester in near future. This is never true. Saving and reduction of manual tester is not the objectives of automation.
The reason is that test scripts based on test cases which are written by manual testers who are well known all the aspects of application. If we are not able to produce quality test cases due to less number of manual tester, our automation process can never be successful. If we reduce the number of manual testers, quality will reduce as well. |
